Reasonable testing, such as opening the package, inspecting, and testing basic functions, is permitted and does not affect return eligibility. We provide a prepaid return label. Return shipping is free. No restocking fees. Refunds are processed within 2 business days of return receipt; bank posting may take 5–10 business days. Reporting damaged items within 7 business days does not limit your 30-calendar-day return rights.
